PACT Group S.A.S., owner of the UrbanGlide brand, markets electric mobility products and accessories.<\/p>\n

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTCS”) govern the conditions of sale by PACT Group S.A.S. of products (hereinafter the “Products”) to the Customer (hereinafter the “Customer”). They thus apply in their entirety to any order of Products placed by the Client with PACT GROUP S.A.S.<\/p>\n

Orders placed on the Website are reserved for Clients. Accordingly, these general terms and conditions of sale are reserved solely for customers, as defined by law and case law, acting exclusively on their own behalf and domiciled in mainland France.<\/p>\n

PACT Group reserves the right to modify the GTCS at any time. The GTC applicable to an order are those accepted by the Customer at the time of placing the order.<\/p>\n

The GTCS are supplemented by the Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n

III.I Description of products<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The products offered for sale are those listed on the Website on the date of consultation of the Website by the Customer and within the limits of available stocks.<\/p>\n

PACT Group takes the utmost care in presenting the products on the Website. Nevertheless, the photographs illustrating the products are for information purposes only and have no contractual value.<\/p>\n

In accordance with Article L 111-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may, prior to placing an order, take note on the Website of the essential characteristics of the products sold on the Website.<\/p>\n

III.II Prices<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The prices of the products sold on the Site are indicated in Euros, and include all taxes (TTC) but exclude delivery costs. When the order is validated, the price to be paid by the Customer is understood to be the all-inclusive price, i.e. the sum of the price (including VAT) of the items making up the order plus delivery costs.<\/p>\n

III.III Availability<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The products presented on the Website are valid while stocks last. PACT Group does not guarantee the availability of the products presented on the Website.<\/p>\n

In the event of total or partial unavailability of products after the order has been placed, the Customer shall be informed by e-mail as soon as possible of the unavailability of the product and of the total or partial cancellation of its order and its reimbursement, if applicable.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Urbanglide.com delivers exclusively to Metropolitan France<\/p>\n

Orders are prepared from 9:00 to 17:00 CET Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 17:00 on Friday will be prepared from the following Monday.<\/p>\n

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic order confirmation e-mail. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave you a note or contact you by telephone if the number was given at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n

Standard delivery (5 working days)<\/p>\n

The exact delivery costs, which vary according to the weight of the product to be sent, will be communicated to the customer at the time of ordering and will be included in the order summary before the purchase is finalised.<\/p>\n

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right of withdrawal under article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of delivery.<\/p>\n

V.I Conditions for correctly exercising the right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must comply with these conditions in order to obtain a refund for the purchase.<\/p>\n

Products must be returned in their original condition (products in perfect condition, in their original packaging), labelled, new, unused, at the latest within 14 (fourteen) days of their date of receipt. After this period of 14 (fourteen) days, no refund will be accepted.<\/p>\n

V.II Returns<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

In the event of a return for an online purchase during the retraction period, we ask you to contact our customer service department to manage the procedure using the form https:\/\/urbanglide.com\/contact\/<\/a><\/p>\n

You will be entirely responsible for the return shipping costs.<\/p>\n

V.III Refund times
