C\u00f3digo de Circulaci\u00f3n EDPM<\/h1>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>En primer lugar, \u00bfqu\u00e9 es un EDPM, te preguntar\u00e1s?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Los dispositivos motorizados de movilidad personal, o MPMD, incluyen los patinetes el\u00e9ctricos, los scooters, los patinetes girosc\u00f3picos y los hoverboards.<br>Y como a todos los dispositivos de movilidad, se les aplica un c\u00f3digo de circulaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfico.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Aunque la mayor\u00eda de las normas son las mismas que las de las bicicletas, hemos hecho aqu\u00ed un resumen r\u00e1pido:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3><strong>Lo que hay que hacer<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Cuidar de ti mismo y de los dem\u00e1s usuarios de la carretera\n<\/li>\n<li>Mayores de 14 a\u00f1os\n<\/li>\n<li>En las zonas urbanizadas, utiliza los carriles bici si los hay, o la calzada si no los hay (carreteras con un l\u00edmite de velocidad de 50 km\/h o menos).\n<\/li>\n<li>Fuera de las zonas urbanizadas, utiliza s\u00f3lo carriles verdes y carriles bici\n<\/li>\n<li>Aparca en las aceras, asegur\u00e1ndote de no obstaculizar el tr\u00e1fico peatonal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>El No<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>No conduzcas bajo los efectos del alcohol o las drogas\n<\/li>\n<li>No utilices m\u00e1s de una persona en la misma m\u00e1quina\n<\/li>\n<li>No utilices auriculares ni tel\u00e9fono mientras conduces\n<\/li>\n<li>No circules por aceras (a menos que la m\u00e1quina sea <\/p>\n<div style=\"flex-basis: 100%;\">\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Llevar casco no es obligatorio, pero s\u00ed muy recomendable.<br><br><\/li>\n<li>En condiciones de mala visibilidad o de noche, es obligatorio llevar prendas o equipos retrorreflectantes (chaleco, brazalete, etc.).<br><br><\/li>\n<li>En las v\u00edas p\u00fablicas, todos los EDPM deben estar limitados a 25 km\/h.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>Las EDPM deben incluir :<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>luces de posici\u00f3n delanteras y traseras<br><br><\/li>\n<li>dispositivos retr\u00e1ctiles<br><br><\/li>\n<li>un sistema de frenado<br><br><\/li>\n<li>un aviso ac\u00fastico<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section EDPM, sea del tipo que sea, al menos por responsabilidad civil (que puede incluirse en tu seguro de hogar), para indemnizar a las personas v\u00edctimas de un accidente del que seas responsable.<\/p>\n<p>El EDPM se considera un veh\u00edculo terrestre motorizado seg\u00fan el C\u00f3digo de Seguros, incluso en el caso de alquiler de EDPM en r\u00e9gimen de autoservicio (free-floating).<\/p>\n<p>El propietario de la EDPM debe suscribir un seguro obligatorio.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2> <\/h2>\n<h2>Sanciones<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Si no cumples las normas anteriores, puedes exponerte a diversas sanciones:<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Incumplimiento de las normas de tr\u00e1fico: <strong>35 euros de multa<\/strong><br><br><\/li>\n<li>Llevar un pasajero: <strong>35 euros de multa<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>No llevar chaleco o equipo reflectante en condiciones de escasa visibilidad o de noche : <strong>35 euros de multa<br><br><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Empujar o remolcar una carga con un EDPM: <strong>35 euros de multa<br><br><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Circular por una acera sin autorizaci\u00f3n: <strong>135 euros de multa<br><br><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Desenfreno de EDPM: <strong>multa de 135 euros<br><br><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Conducir una m\u00e1quina con una velocidad m\u00e1xima por construcci\u00f3n superior a 25 km\/h:<strong> 1.500 euros de multa<br><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
