You have a 2-year warranty valid from the date you receive your product. Any repairs covered under warranty are subject to the product being used as recommended in your user manual.

Terms & Conditions

The warranty applies in the following cases:

• Use of the products under normal conditions.
• Use in light rain and riding through puddles on the ground.

The warranty does not cover the following (non-exhaustive list):

• Opening, disassembling, or modifying the scooter using unauthorized or non-original parts, or by an unauthorized person (e.g., removing speed limits, replacing parts with non-original ones, etc.).
• The required repair involves consumable items or adjustments that fall under routine product maintenance (e.g., battery, tires, rims, skids, brake pads and rotors, cables and housings, light bulbs, etc.).
• The item sent in for repair shows signs of use that does not comply with the product’s instructions for use or of handling contrary to the instructions described in the manual (e.g., excessive weight, oxidation, improper connections, failure to follow maintenance guidelines, etc.).
• Damage to the battery caused by incorrect charging, overcharging, improper storage, or prolonged disuse.
• Scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damage that
