Have you just bought the scooter of your dreams and can’t wait to ride it for miles? This guide is just in time! It contains everything you need to know about how to handle your scooter properly and how to maintain it over time.

- First of all, you need to read the manual that came with your scooter
- You must be over 14 years old
- You must respect the maximum weight indicated on the packaging of your scooter
- You should wear protective gear when riding, including a helmet
- You must stand next to your scooter in case of heavy traffic
- Your scooter must be insured
- You must respect the rules of the road
- You should use cycle paths as much as possible
- You must not exceed 25km/h
- You must turn on your lights if you ride at night
In terms of maintenance, you are advised to :
- Check the tyre pressure regularly and inflate them if necessary
- Oil the folding system
- Check the wiring of your scooter
- Tighten the screws if necessary
