The warranty is included in the following cases:

• Use of products under normal conditions.

• Use in light rain or when crossing puddles on the ground.

The warranty is excluded in the following cases (non-exhaustive list):

• The scooter has been opened, disassembled or modified using unauthorized or non-original parts or by an unauthorized person (e.g. unbridling, replacement of non-original spare parts, etc.).

• The repair required concerns consumable items or adjustments that fall within the scope of product maintenance (e.g. battery, tire, rims, brake pads and discs, cables and gains, bulbs, etc.).

• The item sent in for repair shows signs of having been used in a way that does not comply with the product’s instructions for use, or of having been handled in a way that does not comply with the instructions described in the manual (e.g. overweight, oxidation, plugging in, failure to follow maintenance instructions, etc.).

• Battery damage caused by incorrect charging, overcharging, improper storage or prolonged non-use.

• Scratches, dents or other cosmetic damage that does not affect the scooter’s functionality.

• The repair work requested is required because the scooter has been damaged voluntarily/involuntarily (e.g. damage resulting from falls, accidents, breakage, vandalism, fire, flood, etc.).

• Use the scooter in extreme weather conditions, on unsuitable terrain, in hazardous environments or in contact with chemical or corrosive substances.

• The product is received unpackaged or in packaging unsuitable for protecting the item during transport.

• Lack of proof of purchase.

N.B : After-sales service may require the product to be reset to factory settings before being returned to the customer.
