Geographical area

The online sale of products and services presented on the www.urbanglide.com website is reserved for buyers who reside in France and DOM-TOM, Spain, Belgium and the United Kingdom, for deliveries required in these geographical areas. Delivery charges are adapted to each destination.

Delivery place

Deliveries are made to the address given by the customer when validating the order, which can only be within the agreed geographical area. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct and complete address required for delivery by the carrier. No modification of the address will be possible after validation of the order by the customer.

Delivery time

Delivery times are counted in working days, from the validation of payment. Indeed, for security reasons, all orders paid by credit card are subject to verification by Urbanglide.com. Additional information may be requested or even required to validate your purchase. Therefore, and in order to avoid any delay, thank you to enter during your order:

– An email address

– A fixed telephone number (workplace or home) where you can be reached at any time during the day.

In addition, for any order of an amount greater than a ceiling set by Urbanglide.com, a piece of identification and proof of address will be to send us by fax, email or mail. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused, however these measures are a proof of willingness on our part, to protect our customers from possible frauds to the credit card.

The observed delivery times vary from 5 to 21 working days. The maximum delivery time is 30 working days from the date of order.

Transport risks

The risks are borne by the buyer from the time the products have left the premises of Urbanglide.com. In case of damage during transport, the protest must be made to the carrier, within 24 to 48 hours from delivery. Unless otherwise agreed, Urbanglide.com freely chooses the carrier. Deliveries are made by different carriers specializing in the nature of the product, subject of the order.

Urbanglide.com is released from its delivery obligations for all cases of fortuitous or force majeure. For example, the total or partial strikes, floods, fires are cases of force majeure. The transfer of ownership of the products delivered or to be delivered is suspended until full payment of the price by the customer and this without incidence on the transfer of risks.

Delayed delivery

The fact that the buyer is absent during the first delivery and that the second delivery is made outside of the announced deadlines shall not be considered as a delay. If the customer is absent during the first delivery, the carrier will leave a notice of passage with his details. The customer will then have to contact the carrier himself to fix another day of passage at his convenience or to make the removal in one of the centres of deposit of the latter.

Urbanglide.com makes every effort to meet the delivery times mentioned on the Site. However we can not be held responsible for the consequences due to late delivery or loss of packages caused by a third party to the contract of carriage or by the fact of the customer or because of an unforeseeable and insurmountable constituting a case of force majeure. In the event of non-receipt of a parcel within the time limits indicated, an investigation is carried out with the carrier and may take several days (3 weeks on average). During this period, no refund or return can be made.

Refund

In the event that the Buyer has not been delivered within thirty days of the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the Buyer reimbursed in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in Article 5 of the General Terms of Sale.

Conformity of the delivery

As stipulated in article 11 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, upon receipt of your order, it is the responsibility of the buyer to check the conformity of the products delivered with your order and to indicate, if necessary, on the delivery note and in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature, any anomaly concerning them.
